JA Brooks Secures Project Jumbo PCSA Design Development Contract.  Some more good news is the award of the Project Jumbo PCSA Design Development contract , which involves the development of the mechanical and electrical stage 3 design to stage 4b for the refurbishment works at Jumbo Water Tower in Colchester.

The main project involves the repair, restoration and adaption of the Grade II Listed Jumbo Water Tower Heritage Asset in the centre of Colchester into an exhibition and event space. Our scope of work covers the design development of the Mechanical and Electrical services along with the CDP design packages for Fire Alarm, Security, Data, BMS and Sprinklers, working closely with the Sir Robert McAlpine special project teams.  This project is a North Essex Heritage site and further highlights JA Brooks’ dedication to delivering projects in the heritage and national significance sector.
