JAB Portal - 318 Oxford Street Project Secured

We are delighted to announce that JA Brooks has been awarded the Mechanical Pipework Package for the landmark redevelopment at 318 Oxford Street, London. This high-profile project, formerly home to House of Fraser, is undergoing a transformative refurbishment to become a vibrant mixed-use destination in the heart of the West End.

The project involves the extensive overhaul of a historic 1930s building, including the demolition and reconstruction of the 6th and 7th floors, the addition of a new 8th floor with a 17,000 sq ft rooftop restaurant, and the creation of flexible Cat A commercial space. The revamped building will also feature a gym with a 25m swimming pool, winter gardens and two new double-height entrances.
