May was event month here at JA Brooks, and one of the highlights was our Wellness Coffee Break held on Thursday 8 May, in support of Mental Health Week.
This special event offered a perfect opportunity for colleagues to step away from their desks or sites, enjoy a cup of coffee (or tea!), indulge in some delicious cake (some even homemade), and reconnect with colleagues in a warm, relaxed setting. We were thrilled to see over 40 people join us – a fantastic turnout that really speaks to the strength of our JA Brooks family. We were also delighted to welcome Sarah, a familiar face from our weekly wellness sessions, who popped in to share some valuable wellness tips.
Our weekly wellness classes are open to everyone and take place every Thursday at Christopher Street. Whether you’re looking to de-stress, or simply take a breather, these sessions are a great way to invest in your wellbeing.
